Better option is to get RD 250 heads (1976-79) with 3 fins aside, then
machine them to your specification and grind them flat at the side, pefect TD3 fit !

The TD3 clutch shaft (for oil clutch) takes TZ gears.
But a DS7/R5/RD 250/350 shafts don't take them, as
these one also have a wet clutch.
