I think there's a degree of confucrion here -the TD and TZ parts should be interchangeable, as both had dry clutches. There was, however, a wet clutch option (rare) for the TR3 and TD3. The shaft for the wet clutch will be shorter, though the TD/TR/TZ gears ahould interchange.
The RD gears and shafts are all different. I would expect a complete RD gearset and shafts to be able to go into a wet clutch TD/TD. I know that all the dry clutch parts will go into an RD case.
Someone correct me if I am mistaken, but I'm pretty sure..
