Default Hello from Christchurch New Zealand

Hello all. I'm Steve Maynard-Smith (aka Steve the kiwi) and I have been round bikes for a long time now. I have had many bikes right through to a CBX 1000, two TZ's - a 250 E Harris frame and a 350 with H barrels, pipes etc. Also a TA125.

Presently I am club captain with CAM's where I am also the chief machine examiner. I also do this job for the NZGP.

I am doing up a TZ 250 H for chap here in Christchurch and there is plenty wrong with it. I have an open cheque (to a great point of spending!) and now the task begins! Plenty will be asked as it has been sometime since I worked on TZ's. bear with me with my questions. Oh, I will need parts too.

More later.

Heya Steve, Alistair Wilton, up in Auckland. Postie Life member and been racing TZ350 for 20 years up here. I Know a few guys down your way! My old TZ250U went there in 2011 as well.
